PowerPoint in Extend Mode

Problem/Question:

Slide show is displayed on the main monitor only.

Solution:

This is a PowerPoint configuration feature. Slide show can be displayed on the main or

secondary monitor as selected:

You can show it in presenter view on one screen and as a slide on the other by selecting this

view.

As an alternative, in PowerPoint, the Display slide show on: menu does not work when there

are gaps in the numbering of enabled displays. Users of PowerPoint 2007 can get around

this by using Show presentation on: in the ribbon, rather than the Set up slide show dialog

box.
